Spring Cleaning: 12000 tons of garbage cleared The Rawalpindi Municipal Services Department has removed around 12,000 tons garbage from 33 union councils (UCs) during the ongoing cleanliness campaign in the city. Municipal Services Executive District Officer (EDO) Imtiaz Ahmed Malik informed the meeting that the officials are regularly visiting different parts of the city to inspect the cleanliness drive being carried out by sanitary workers.
