| Bluefield 'Clean Sweep' Program Set for May Residents of Bluefield who have been itching to do some spring cleaning around their yards will be getting assistance from the city soon, as the annual "Clean Sweep Campaign" kicks off Monday, April 30. During the month of May, the city will be divided into 4 zones, and each zone will have a designated week for pickup. Items which are not yard waste, vegetation or brush are not eligible for pickup as part of the program. Items placed for pickup prior to that week are subject to the normal fees and ordinances. |
