Cooper said Interstate hadn't moved into Spring-Ford Area High School yet because of Thursday night's graduation, which would have complicated things. Among those hired are a few former Jani-King employees, though Weller stressed that there aren't very many. He said he knew most of them and they did a good job. Weller said he has goals for what his company can accomplish at Spring-Ford. One is supervision and the second is communication.
