Serve up a clean kitchen

Serve up a clean kitchen

Don't forget to clean the oven to impress possible buyers. This is the quickest way to be sure all the grease and dirt is removed.

Make sure you wear rubber gloves; sugar soap can remove the oils from your hands. The heat generated in the washer removes all of the collected grease and helps the filters to dry. Remove the magnets together with the dust from the top.

Use some glass cleanser and a micro-fibre glass cloth.

The final touch is to clean the sink with a soft sponge and some cream cleanser.

To create the favourable impression, you'll need to make your kitchen look spacious.

Clear everything off the bench: the jug, the toaster, the herbs and spices, everything that takes up any room. If the benches are cleared the kitchen will look larger. You must clean the oven.

Kitchen cupboard doors, kickboards, the splashback and the stove top need to gleam.

If someone is going to buy your property they need to feel they want to cook in that area.

Everything must look clean.
