Suspects force cleaning employee into bank in attempted robbery

FORT WAYNE, Ind. The employee was reported to be in fair condition at the scene. An employee of a cleaning company contracted to clean the facility arrived at the location and while in the parking lot, the employee was approached by two subjects from behind who forced the employee inside the bank at gunpoint. The vehicle has been recovered by officers. The two subjects struck the employee several times during the robbery attempt and then fled the scene in the cleaning employee's vehicle. Suspect Description 1: Male/White, 40-50 years of age, approximately 6' tall, weighing over 200 pounds; last seen wearing a black stocking cap with light colored stripes, a tan-colored face covering, and black-colored overalls. This subject was holding a blue Nike duffel bag with a white Nike swish on the side. Around 7:16 a. the Fort Wayne Police Department was called out to 6116 Trier Road in response to a possible robbery attempt. Suspect Description 2: Male/Black, 25-30 years of age, approximately 6'2" - 6'3", having a large build; last seen wearing a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt, and another hooded jacket or sweatshirt with a dark-colored center and light-colored sleeves. The suspects did not get away with any cash.
